Fishing ban in all the inland aquatic ecosystems of the continent fishing, Catches, Fishing Bans, news, inland waters With the No. 45938/1832/29-4-2014 Voivodship Continent Decision banning fishing of fish (excluding trout) and all aquatic organisms, with each fishing instrument and tool in all rivers, tributaries and sources of these, and in all the inland aquatic ecosystems of the continent by 1 may 2014 to 31 May 2014.
This decision is intended to protect the reproduction of fish and other aquatic organisms that live in these aquatic ecosystems. Violators of this decision is punishable in accordance with the provisions in force. Specifically for violations of fisheries regulations or decisions imposing administrative penalties and criminal sanctions, such as fines, removing fishing permit seizure and sale of illegal products, caught seizure and sale or destruction (where applicable) fishing gear and devices.
Authorities responsible for observance of this decision is the police authorities, the public forestry and all investigative Authorities.
